Guest guest
I have a friend who doesn't think I should have the surgery, but says she supports me (yeah - I know). I told her how it is three weeks away. She tells me " you are going to have to tell me what they eat so I can see if it helps me " . I told her low carb - low fat with concentration of protein intake. Yes, she doesn't get it. Most of my friends say " we will go on walks instead of eating out " ...I like that idea. I don't know why people ask questions like that anyway. I have this friend and every time she see me she asks me what I am down to. How much do you weigh now? I don't mind saying the numbers, 132!!!!! but every time she sees me? Now she is bigger than me and she seems to make it some sort of competition. I am not competing with anyone, I am just happy to have lost the weight and I am off my blood pressure meds too. Now if I could get rid of my pain, I'd be in business!!!!!!!!! Take Care Donna and don't let people like that bother you. in CA > > well there is this person every time he see s me. he says how s your > diet going are ya sticking to it. he knows i had surgury.. i do not > call this a diet.. it was a life change to me..a way to lose weight. i > reply i,m not on a diet.. do you guys consider it a diet? or am i being > to picky or defensive? c ya donna > __________________________________________________
