Have taken a lot of Vicodin, and now the dr. says I am taking too many and won't prescribe anymore! He said to take 1 or 2 every 4hrs as needed, and I did that.. not even every 4 hrs more like every 6.. and says he won't refill them ever again! What an ass! Don't know what to do.. I know he has probably talked to my Rhemey and told him not to prescribe them either {there friends} He only gave me 30 of them and I went through them in less than a week! I know its alot, but when your in pain and you have the means, you take what makes you feel better... Don't what I'm going to do. any ideas about what else might help! Gretchen > I went through the same thing with my orthopedic dr. he prescribed 1to2 tabs every 4to 6 hrs, and then done the same thing with me, told me he was no longer going to order any more, then refered me to pain management, which I might add that was a joke, this Dr. doesn't prescribe pain meds he just gives injections,and that i would have to have my family dr call in for pain meds, which he did, and he cut me back to 2 pills a day!!!!! oh that was nice of him! Gretchen > I have a great dr for fibro and I found her by going to fibrohope.org they have a list of good fm drs there you just put in your area and view the list .
