Guest guest
Just to share my thoughts and what I do. I just got sick of drinking so much soda, so that curbed my consumption by choice. I know it is added calories, but I am have become quite fond of V8 juice and Pure squeezed orange juice from Tropicana or Florida OJ. I don't like the OJ from concentrate. I buy the good stuff. I love it. Of course, this does not answer everyone's dilemma. I still drink sodas but about 2 a day instead of the 5 or 6 a day that I use to. hugs, Debra V. >> >> >> >> >> >> >> >> >> >> >> >> >> >> >> >> >> >> >> ____________ _________ _________ _________ _________ _________ _ >> ____________ __ >> Be a better friend, newshound, and >> know-it-all with Yahoo!
