Just to share my thoughts and what I do.  I just got sick of drinking so much

soda, so that curbed my consumption by choice.   I know it is added calories,

but I am have become quite fond of V8 juice and Pure squeezed orange juice from

Tropicana or Florida OJ.  I don't like the OJ from concentrate.  I buy the good

stuff.  I love it.  Of course, this does not answer everyone's dilemma.  I still

drink sodas but about 2 a day instead of the 5 or 6 a day that I use to.
