The burning tongue/mouth, neuropathy, and now I am having a real tough time breathing and hurts with it???? Anyway I wonder I know you said you tried the Methadone and couldn't do it, how long did you try it, as this is one of the med's mentioned I am confronting, but have put it away for 6 mo's, but do know I am coming to an end with the Vicodin, as it isn't doing it's job anymore, and I was aware after being on it so long, and if this Fibro did not let up this would happen. I don't know what to do as the Percocet does nothing either, and can't think exspecially right now of going much longer the way I am, getting critical with pain, when I start thinking ER, it has been toooo long of handling it. The other opition mentioned by my doc is oxcycontin, and this also makes me cautious because of people that are Addicted, and these meds once in your system cause awful withdrawel, so did you experience withdrawal from the Methadone?, how much did they start you with, and were you Zombie'd out right away, like sitting there Drooling? LOL sorry, but this is what I picture when I here Methadone, as my hometown is infected with herion addicts who now replaced it, or take it with, and they all seem to have this pose! I am not laughing at you Honest. I am scared of these drugs, but running out of options, the other idea I have is for a IV line to the Fibro members somehow and suck of all yours drugs quite the cocktail I would get huh?
