Guest guest
I would have been like you with my MRI if I had not had valium and pain meds first. Maybe ask your dr next time and explain your anxiety. The pain is another story. I barely survived that. Laying on the back on a hard table is no fun. Hope they can fix you up hun. Guest guest
***Note from Co-Owner: I had one of these done back in Jan where I was sitting up for the MRI and it was one of the best experiences I ever had. And of course it showed that I had something wrong with my lower back. It showed mild scoliosis and bulging discs. *** Please look into stand up MRI's in your area! Most insurance covers these and they are wonderful! You are either standing or they put in a bench for you to sit, normally have a tv you can watch as well. Since your not laying down you don't have the pain its a lot easier to be still and the MRI is not as clausterphobic either.
