Guest guest
Dear , First off, you have nothing to say sorry for. If you are " re-posting " Here no one is gonna get mad at you. If no one here responded to your previous post I am sorry about that. If your previous post was somewhere else, and no one here was there, well.... If you are uncomfortable with 're-posting' wherever else it was, just stay here with us where it's warm and safe. I know nothing about FMLA, but I'm sure someone does. Guest guest
I used FMLA. And they are right!! YOUR husband can apply for FMLA if he has someone to take care of like a wife, child, etc. It's 12 weeks of unpaid leave, but you have to have a " note " from the doctor stating why you are out and the expected date of your return to work. I went through the FMLA last Fall, so I am very familiar with it. I hope things work out for you! Debra B Re: I need some advice~sorry/ Dear , First off, you have nothing to say sorry for.
