This is a very touch subject for me. I am a 24 hour caregiver for my son that

was injured in a motorcycle wreck 3 1/2 years ago. There are many many days that

all I want to do is just crawl in my bed & stay there (even tho that makes me

hurt more) but I know I can't do that. Now my hubby has also been told that he

has fibro & of course it is MUCH worse than mine & he just can't help me with

most of the time. As I write this he is in bed & I have been up since 7 or

so.

Never thought about throwing rocks at the dumpster but then that requires

energy. I am going to try & get out & pull weeds if I can find some energy. It

is amazing how therapeutic weed pulling can be-imagine that the weeds are the

people or problems that are ticking u off & pull their heads off! Just kidding

sorta

Kitty, seriously think about looking into some help with your son's

health care. Even if it's one afternoon off a week, you need some

" Kitty Time " in the mix somewhere.

There may be a local volunteer program that can help take some of the

load off, like house work, or grocery shopping.
