Today I am having the rare couple of " normal " hours, when for some

unknown reason the majority of my FM symptoms have faded for a short

time.

This generally goes in cycles and never lasts more than a few hours,

maybe twice a month or so.

The numbness in my hands goes away, my thinking is clear, I am not

fatigued, most of the leg discomfort has quieted down, the IBS is

happily gurgling away, and my balance is almost normal.

It's the few short times like these that I can get big projects done,

and can draw a baseline between what would be normal and life with

Fibromyalgia.

Have to be thankful for the small windows that open up every once in

awhile and the FM symptoms left up enough for me to get a breather.

It's almost like getting a vacation from work.
