Guest guest Posted May 13, 2008 Report Share Posted May 13, 2008 Hi Guys, , my sons preliminary Diagnosis is Lymphoma ( not sure what kind) said we should know that by tomorrow. Then we get home exhausted and the oncologist came in after we h.ad left and told him that at they were going to do a bone marrow biopsy on his hipbones today and a test and cat scan of all of his lymph nodes. This was after the hospitalist had told us that they are going to keep doing radiation and may start Chemo . The oncologist is working with the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. The kid looks so healthy and is bored. They were suppose to move him out of intensive care yesterday. To the fifth floor. Do not think that is going to happen yet. wants to come home so bad we are both so angry we just want to know who is actually in charge, the hospitalist or the oncologist. We are told one thing and then told something else. WE are exhausted, I will try and write more later. Its 5:30 am central and need to get ready to go.
