The 4 refers to my CPAP machine. It is preset and I was told not to

try and change it. I'm on the lowest setting as I was diagnosed with

MILD sleep apnea. Two of my grandsons were discussing it yesterday

and they think that my settings were determined while I was awake

since I slept so little the night of the second test. My oxygen

level is set at 2. This morning the grandson who lives with me said

that I have been complaining for awhile that I couldn't breath well

and turning the A/C on when the house was o.k. I normally have my

house set at 79 in the warmer weather. (land) I have noticed

yesterday and today that I am breathing better when I am in my car.

I have that set on 70 now and blowing at me. I began to think that

the problem was something in my house until I got out of the car and

had trouble again. All this is so new to me. I can change the

humidity level on the CPAP.

Hope this helps, Margaret B
