Pain when someone touches u?

Hi

Just wondering if anyone else experiences this...My friend and I were at the

Casino on Saturday (her first time there), and she won $400...She was very

excited and came over and grabbed me around the neck while I was sitting at a

machine and hugged me, and I nearly went thru the roof!

The pain was so bad! From just something fairly normal as her doing that, I

couldn't believe I had that much pain and stiffness....
