Guest guest
you betcha, you need to drink some water before and after your massage. and if you can you also need to rest afterwards. don't do any heavey work like stuff. after a massage your body is adapting back to having circulation that it hasn't had because of muscle cramps and spasms. i get mine but can only do 30 minute as opposed to 60 minute ones. 60 minute massages put me on the ground just about. how long are you getting yours for. Guest guest
Mine are the hour long, but it takes her about 1 1/4 hours to get my whole body done. I think my body will get used to it, and yes I do need to really increase the water that day. I will keep the shorter sessions in mind. Thanks Diane. Guest guest
Strange you should mention that. I did not say anything but last week when I had my first massage, I felt so lightheaded when I got up from the table that I thought I was going to lose my balance and fall. I was actually dizzy. I do not attribute that to position change because I got up slowly and I never have that feeling any other time. It was like I was just dizzy and I was very careful when I walked out of the salon. That feeling went away in about 15 or 20 minutes though. Interesting. hugs, Debra V. Subject: Weakness/Lightheadedness after massage? Guest guest
Yes, I feel a little bit weak after getting off the table, too. I take it real slow as I'm getting dressed again.
