Guest guest
Hi Ethel! Yes, that's the one. I've lived in or around this area almost my entire life. Yes, the past few weeks have been really bad for me, also. I've also started to feel it in my hands, which I never did before. They are calling for a chance of snow flurries here, tonight. I guess it is Tuesday here, already. I just woke up, aching and had to take more pain medicine (I'm waiting for it to work). Zanax... I've heard of that, but I'm not sure what it is. Is that for your nerves or a muscle relaxer? Take care. It was so nice to hear from you. Guest guest
Kristi , for me Zanax is a nerve and muscle relaxer , here it is 11:52 PM, i will take a zanax now and wait an hour then take my Anbien Cr, the Zanax kind off takes the edge off stress days, and sorts puts the pain from stress dull down , and at night relaxes me enough to get like 5 1/2 hours sleep ,i know i need more sleep , but my dead hubbie was a drunken abuser , i know it was years ago (1962-1974) but there are still dreams that keep me from sleep , Oh well , ! so goes life ,but i make it through ,don`t we all? Oh my hasn`t the fast changes in weather been a wild ride , i have to call Dr. tomorrow for Darvocet , and had to use it more because of weather it`s like one day i don`t need it then the next more then 1 ,but i don`t over do , i keep a journal of weather and meds taken when we have changes so he sees why i use it , Ethel Behold the turtle , he who makes slow progress wins the race ! Guest guest
For me the Xannex, along with a cheapie brand of sleep aid and a good book puts me to sleep within a reasonable amount of time. I have a reading light attached to the side of the headboard that makes it easy to turn off when the sandman comes calling.
