Guest guest
I love walmart for the store part. I like it and they are helpful and friendly..... EXCEPT for the pharmacy. I know that in this town they are the rudest people I have ever met. I will NOT ever use them again. Must be something about Walmart. Maybe they are required to be jerks to work there. Debra V. Guest guest
I too will not use wal mart pharmacy in Waxahachie. They are the slowest, rudest, people I have ever come across. I have stood at the counter with pharm employees looking at me and NOT helping me. I have waited as long as 15 minutes before someone " decides " to help me. I now go to HEB and they know me by name there. I get really good care at the HEB pharmacy. Christi Randall www.singingwomenoftexas.com Re: pharmacists-- Walmart I love walmart for the store part. Guest guest
Same problem here in south Florida. Walmart pharmacy stinks. They made me wait for over 3 hours one day for a prescription, only to tell me they only had 3 pills of the 30 ordered after I started a riot at the counter, with others backing me up! Now I go to KMart pharmacy here, and the pharmacist is wonderful! girlsaylor
Guest guest
LOL same problem here in Arizona. I switched my $4 to Walgreens for an extra $3/mo just to avoid the rude pharmicist. Plus I wanted all my scripts in one place. The ONE time I went to Walmart here by work the guy was so rude and he never explained it to me and it was a totally new drug for me. Guest guest
I think that it must be the store location, because here in CA. every Wal Mart that I have dealt with in the pharmacy, has been very nice and very helpful. I love Wal Mart. Guest guest
I went to a Walmart pharmacy in the area where I live because I thought I would give it a try while I was shopping. The tech was so rude after she spent time inputting my info and was rudely questioning me, I told her to give me my prescription back and I would go get it filled at Walgreens. Yet another reason I an a loyal Walgreens customer. debra van ness ladybug75901@...> wrote: I love walmart for the store part. I like it and they are helpful and friendly..... Guest guest
, the family-owned pharmacy that I use knows ALL of us by name and what sealed my " allegiance " to them was after my dad had open heart surgery and we were given oh about 16 'scripts, we called when enroute because we thought we wouldn't make it before they closed and they said they would wait! We got there 25 minutes before they closed and they put 3 folks to work on it while they asked how my dad was and how were all of us holding up, etc. etc. We got out of there before they " officially " closed! And the time I was given percocet? The pharmacist came to the window and told me that it had codeine in it, something I am deathly allergic to! He called the doctor to get something else. That's the kind of pharmacist I want! And you know what? When my mom was sick, I called in her refills and they had no problems with us picking them up. I'll even call in her hormone refills, then call her and let her know that the pharmacy already has it! I love the tech at our Walmart pharmacy, unfortunately, their timeliness or lack thereof has caused me to move all my stuff. Darlene > > > > In a message dated 4/16/2008 9:38:17 A.M. Guest guest
I switched from Walmart a few years back, because they are always so busy, and we have to wait in line to pick up prescriptions. The pharmacy inside the clinic where I go to the doctor is very " small-town " like, and they get to know their customers. Now that Walmart has those $4 generics, I'm wavering on whether it's worth it to get just those $4 ones filled at Walmart. We'll see if the savings of $6 per prescription is worth the headache of the Walmart pharmacy. Jeanne in WI
