Prediabeties/Type II Diabetes - was Re: metabolic syndrome?/Gail/T

I was diagnosed with Pre-Diabetes at one time and was told I had

Metabolic Syndrome as well. Was also told because I have such a high

family history (Both on my moms side and dads side)that no matter what

I do I am going to get diabetes anyways. Sometimes my sugar is high

and sometimes it is low. Maybe it is the Fibro causing this I don't

know but I have heard that Fibro effects your blood tests. They put me

on Metformin 500mg and after I left that doctor I refused to take it

anymore I gained a lot of weight from it and Damn there had a heart

attack I was pushing 320. Having severe chest pains but no one knew

what it was from except that my BP was 220/110 Such easy numbers to

remember lol.
