Guest guest
I read good and bad results here from exercise. I guess it depends on the person and the degree of severity of the fibro. I know alot have said it hurts worse and worse everytime they exercise. I do know that though I do not purposely exercise, I am on my feet several hours a day at work and walking the halls. It seems it tires me out worse. I also know that some people are in the position where they cannot even get out of bed ... so exercise is not going to happen and if it did, it would likely just exhaust them more. However, some say that some walking or water exercises help. I guess we are all different. love and hugs, Debra V. moviestarreject2007 moviestarreject2007@...> wrote: I tried it too, but it just made mine worse instead of better. Most exercise does make it worse. That's why I look at the dr's funny when they tell me to do more exercise. > > Hey all, how's everyone doing? Welcome to all the newcomers.
