I read good and bad results here from exercise. I guess it depends on the

person and the degree of severity of the fibro. I know alot have said it hurts

worse and worse everytime they exercise. I do know that though I do not

purposely exercise, I am on my feet several hours a day at work and walking the

halls. It seems it tires me out worse. I also know that some people are in the

position where they cannot even get out of bed ... so exercise is not going to

happen and if it did, it would likely just exhaust them more.

However, some say that some walking or water exercises help. I guess we are

all different.
