well, at least it was in someplace cool....

FMBF = Fibromyalgia Brain Fart

Late last night I got some Dutch Chocolate ice cream out of the

freezer, after scooping a serving into a bowl I put the container

back,...not into the freezer but the refrigerator -Big Duh-.

Found the melting container a couple of hours later.

I am very capable of doing things exactly like that. LOL. It is just unreal.

I can put something in my pocket at work, look for it two seconds later, and

can't remember what pocket I put it in. I can so something and forget I already

did it too. BRAIN fog. It sucks.
