I really like carbonation so I drink sparkling water. I often mix sparkling water - 1/2 with cranberry or pomegranate juice. Still, there are calories. I also drink a fair amount of iced tea. Hansen's makes a Green Tea Soda in either pomegranate or tangerine flavor - Target carries it. It is really good, but full of calories and is pricey. But it also full of antioxidants so I drink it occasionally. It's not easy, but I like just plain old water much better than I used to - you can develop a taste for it. I also think that keeping myself well - hydrated helps with the pain level. / also MI >> >> >> >> >> >> >> >> >> >> >> >> >> >> >> >> >> >> >> __________________________________________________________ >> ______________ >> Be a better friend, newshound, and >> know-it-all with Yahoo!
