Thanks Debbie. I am going to check it out. I have talked to them several times

on the phone. I really did not think it would be a job I would like, but I

really need to know more about it. I will go for an interview in the next few

weeks and probably start the 1st of June. I really need the benefits. And it

is probably a job no worse than what I do now. And they will cover my fibro on

the insurance even if it is pre-existing. They also carry your insurance for

you even AFTER retirement. I guess I can make a change for that kind of

benefits.

Congradulations Debra!

That state job sounds like a good one so hope you accept their offer.

We have BlueCross/BlueShiel d also with no out of pocket premiums

either. But I do have to pay some of my lab work though. Let us know

if you accept that great sounding job.

the mentally challenged. Some other nurses I know wanted me to apply

for an open postion. It comes with full benefits with Blue

Cross/Blue Shield -- no premiums out of pocket to cover me. Tons of

paid time off. Retirement that is vested after 10 years. And a

raise to boot from what I make now. I told them NO " on call " . The

supervisor told me the position I apply for does not require me to

take " call " . So good. I hate to leave where I am but there is no

future in it.
