,god for you , you remembered to do what alot of us forget , you took

meds before going out , i know i get busy on the good days and forget to

take mine ,then wonder why i am in pain , ! go figure?also make sure you

wear your sun screen

I always take my bottles of meds along in a ziplock bag.

That way I have ny security blanket along with me, if something

serious happens and I end up in the emergency room, my meds are with

me, and the bottles of meds can open up avenues of discussion, making

people aware of the reality of Fibromyalgia.
