Guest guest
Debra, I know that I was talking to my former boyfriend last week and he lives in south Louisiana and he said that fresh shrimp down there was higher this year than it had been in a LONG time. So even on the gulf it's higher than normal. N.
Guest guest
It is not really more expensive than anything else here in Michigan. The big giant ones are pricey that you get for just dipping cooked in cocktail sauce. But in restaurants...not too bad. I love them. OFF topic..seafood... is it more expensive other places? I went to eat today. I had some shrimp of course. It was on the buffet bar at the Golden Corral. I was thinking of how available seafood is here and wondered if it is more expensive in states that are not near the coast. I guess I mean in relation to any other food you might buy in a restaurant. It is not that expensive here really but we are only a couple of hours from the coastline of the Gulf of Mexico. Just wondered???? hugs, Debra V. __________________________________________________________ Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo! Mobile. Guest guest
Some of the really big ones should come with a pet leash, makes them easier to dip in the cocktail sauce.
