Guest guest
Hi, Thanks. Very good ideas. So where are you from? Not many people know what summer sausage is. That's really good with fat free cream cheese rolled in it too. I'm from Central Pa. A small village called Elimsport. Just outside of port, Little League Capital of the World. Yee Ha! I work at a Super Wal-Mart so no excuses for not eating right while I'm away from home. I bought myself some Lean Quisine type stuff. The rest of the family will have to fend for themselves. Ok, I'll cook for my husband. The poor guy works really long hours so I'll pity him. But not on weekends! He cooks better than I do anyway. ;o) Thanks again, Jan > > > > > I found it helpfule to make a whole meal of > > meat and veggies and then put them in individul containers per size. > > I saved a lot of money as well because I didn't have the excuse to > > eat fast food. > > Yes! Ach du lieber Himmel! The Land of my Forefathers! I grew up in town (pronounced " Ahlentahn " ), but my parents were born and raised in Ringtown, just o'er the mountain from Shenandoah (pronounced " Shennadoor " ). Near Frackville. I buy the logs of summer sausage (prefer Old Wisconsin or the kind they sell at Safeway). It's not as sweet. The deli sells some good Pennsylvania Dutch brands of summer sausage and Lebanon bologna like you're talking about rolling up around cream cheese. Which, btw, is a really yummy idea worth considering...a few pimientos mixed in and a dash of hot sauce and paprika...hmmmmmm... I hope that you can drop that 35 lbs, but you might want to work on that history and see if you can get a waiver. Otherwise, try to increase your activity and maybe that'll jump-start your metabolism. Good luck! Z
