Guest guest
I try at all cost NOT to have anyone touch my trigger points. Somedays it hurts just to hug my husband. I need to have a pedicure done but have avoided it because of the pain it may cause. Did you feel any better when they were done? Are you sorer this morning because of it? I don't think it's a good or bad thing, it just hurts! Debra B Question: Trigger Points I went and got a pedicure today and they massage your foot and lower leg. She definitely hit a trigger point in my leg. I was wondering if massaging a trigger point was a good thing or a bad thing. I just gritted my teeth and let her do it. But still wondered what the out come might be. Any ideas? Guest guest
I had a pedicure on wednesday. It was wonderful because my feet were so sore that I couldn't hardly walk. Afterward I was walking normally and I felt much better. The chair had those roller massagers in it and since my back was killing me it felt fantastic! I told the lady that I was now going to have to get a second job because I wouldnt be able to afford them monthly and they spoiled me and I wanted more!
