Guest guest
Are you getting myofacial deep tissue massage? If so, the massage releases the toxins that are trapped in the facia. That is why you need to drink a lot of water. To flush the toxins out of your body. That may be why you were nauseous. Guest guest
It's not considered deep tissue massage, but it's been several years since having any massages, so maybe to my body, it's enough to cause the problems. Guest guest
And sometimes (I learned this from my massage therapist), so many toxins are released that even though you drink lots of water to help flush them, you still feel queasy and nauseous. That will pass. I think one of the reasons I feel so good this morning is because I had my foot ion cleanse and reflexology yesterday. Also, before I went to bed,I rubbed that sombra gel all over anything that I thought could possibly try to hurt (vbg) and THEN I slept until nearly 9 am! So I feel rested and ready to go, but will pace myself so I don't overdo!
