Are you getting myofacial deep tissue massage? If so, the massage releases the

toxins that are trapped in the facia. That is why you need to drink a lot of

water. To flush the toxins out of your body. That may be why you were

nauseous.

It's not considered deep tissue massage, but it's been several years since

having any massages, so maybe to my body, it's enough to cause the problems.

All this talk of massages...I'll bet it would feel so good right this minute to

have someone massage my legs..boohoo.

And sometimes (I learned this from my massage therapist), so many

toxins are released that even though you drink lots of water to help

flush them, you still feel queasy and nauseous. That will pass. I

think one of the reasons I feel so good this morning is because I had

my foot ion cleanse and reflexology yesterday. Also, before I went to

bed,I rubbed that sombra gel all over anything that I thought could

possibly try to hurt (vbg) and THEN I slept until nearly 9 am! So I

feel rested and ready to go, but will pace myself so I don't overdo!
