Guest guest
Debra. , mine does always , you have said what i go through , my anger lasts so long i get a flair that may last a week , until my Zanax kicks in , one time i threw a guest of 1 of my tenents down the steps and did not remember it , but boy i felt it for a week, make a long story short , the guy was a drunk and after my tenent left this guy was going to stay ,i said no ,he held a beer in his hand , and said i will not go till i finish my beer , i picked him up by his t-shirt set him in a chair and pushed him down the steps from 2nd floor to the first , and then called the police who took him away for tresspassing , i got so mad it was worse then a head turning , that is the hardest thing to learn when i know if i don`t control myself i go into a flair and pay dearly for it Ethel Behold the turtle , he who makes slow progress wins the race ! Question, Does your fibro flare when angry???? >I must admit I got extremely angry today at work. It is a long story of >why. I don't want to go into that. BUT... I am one who is not quick to >anger about much of anything and am very easy going and caring and >forgiving. But I got so angry (for a good reason) that I was so stressed >my whole body now hurts from head to toe. The anger lasted all shift. I >never am that way. (I might get upset but am usually over it as fast as I >got there). But I thought my head would turn around backwards and I would >spit pea soup and foam at the mouth. I am now hurting beyond any belief. >ALL OVER. > Do any of you notice that if something makes you very very angry that your > fibro flares? > love and hugs to the group, > Debra V. > > > > ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ > Be a better friend, newshound, and > know-it-all with Yahoo!
