I just checked out unjury, it sounded so good, but then I found out it has soy

in it. I also have Interstitial cystitis and soy is a no no for me. I have a

doctors appt on the 8th so I'm going to ask him is there maybe a level of soy I

can tolerate?

All that you can find. LOL. And your tastes will most likely change

post op so if you are pre-op don't invest a lot into shakes right now.

One thing I found that has really helped me are the Glucernia shakes. They

have a sugar alcohol in them so you need to be a little careful, but man are

they good, especially the butter pecan.

They make a great breakfast.
