Guest guest
I have been getting the soy protein powder from GNC but I notice that others get the whey? Is there a major difference? One better than the other? Thanks Nichole

I personally think it is more a taste question because both are being absorbed by the body. I started to buy my stuff at www.allthewhey.com, because they have more choices. I did buy milk protein powder from them on top of soy and why. There are also the isolates, which are higher in protein and contain less fillers. So just go for what your taste buds like. I buy unflavored and mix it into foods or make my own shakes. Guest guest
I was told by the nutritionists that the reason that whey is preferred is because the protein is better absorbed compared to soy which isn't absorbed quite as well. > > >I have been getting the soy protein powder from GNC but I notice that > >others get the whey?
