what type of protein powder is recommended?

Short answer, no difference. Some have more protein then others,

whey is preferred. I personally think it is more a taste question

because both are being absorbed by the body. I started to buy my

stuff at www.allthewhey.com, because they have more choices. I did

buy milk protein powder from them on top of soy and why. There are

also the isolates, which are higher in protein and contain less

fillers. So just go for what your taste buds like. I buy unflavored

and mix it into foods or make my own shakes.

I was told by the nutritionists that the reason that whey is preferred

is because the protein is better absorbed compared to soy which isn't

absorbed quite as well.
