Yes, I have them all the time. Hadn't thought about them as sleep scratches

though until I read this. I have unexpleained scratches and other things such

as bumps and bruises on my back and arms and legs. Thankfully not on my face.

I've been averaging them about once a week, on my face, back and arms.

Hmmm, I do....I always put the blame on my cat, but.............sometimes I do

wonder where the heck they come from.

I don't get the scratches as much as I get bruises for no explainable reason

in some very odd places.

Any odd scratches I find I blame on my cat Taffy also. My husband tends

to get more odd scratches than I do. Do have many bruises since things

tend to jump in front of me, like wall corners and furniture.

Hope everyone has a good, fairly painfree weekend.

I used to get something like that, but they would also happen while I

was awake. They looked like scratches, but were hives. Are you

drinking diet sodas or eating anything with aspartame? I was able to

alleviate 50% of my pain and cfs by giving up artificial sweeteners.
