I know of two things. One is the Mymedexpert (mymedexpert.com) and

other is the Partners Consultation (partners.org).

MyMedexpert is the cheaper one. You can ask your medical questions

and physicians will be answering your question (actually they bid

for answering your question). Say if you indicate your budget to be

30 dollars. Several doctors will bid for the same question with

varying fee, so you can get the answer around 10 dollars. You know

how it works by getting into the site

For partners consultation you need your doctor along with you to get

the consultation. Your doctor discusses the case with the other

doctor. This service is from some premier hospitals in US.
