My 14 yr. old, Allie, who has FM, has this hypermobility in her knees. She has

to be careful or she gets pain in the knees.

I have this too. Sometime like when I get up from bed and push up with my arm,

it feels like my elbow will dislocate so I try to be careful. Same thing with my

hips and knees if I move too sudden and I have the snap crackle pop you descibe

too. Anyone else?

Hi,

I'm just jumping in here and don't know exactly what is being discussed, but

it seems like something I experience. My knees hyper extend; when I'm standing

up straight my knees are going backwards a little. It causes me pain and is a

weird experience.

Take care,

Marti

YEP, Or turning over in bed, or just grabbing the blankets and

" trying " to pull them over yourself! How bout this one, getting up and

down from a chair, recliner, or in and out of the bath tub? It happens

when I'm just drying myself with a towel!

Miserable..
