Guest guest
In my case, my PCP will recheck my blood after 8 weeks. She won't know that I'm supplementing with dry vitamin D in addition to what she put me on. I plan on staying at 50,000 IU daily for life hopefully. But remember I don't absorb the way regular people do. My PCP read that the new standard for vit. D may become 35,000 IU daily for everyone. Tests are still being run. Try doing an internet search at Web MD or other medical site for articles on vitamin D. Sorry, I'm really foggy or I'd help ya. Jeanne in WI or jeanne, i finally read these high doses are tablets, but what dose will you stay on as a maintenance dose every day? are there any links or sites with articles about the use of vit d for these kinds of medical issues, pain, etc? thanks, marg
