Ah, the simple pleasures. Congrats, Deb!

leave behind my seat belt extender and then have to tighten the seat

belt instead of having it all the way extended and very, very tight

for my current trip. I can fit in an airline seat comfortably even

with the arm rest down. Traveling has become so much easier as I can

navigate the airports without being short of breath and looking for

places to sit down as I make my way to the gate or baggage claim.

Congratulations Deb. One can always look at the scale going down, but it those

little moments of the physical feeling of weight loss that are much better

markers. Way to go!

My holiday shopping is a pleasurable experience this year. Of course, I tend to

I hope everyone has a very wonderful holiday
