Yes I am on oxygen also because my oxygen level was so low in the

test. The pulmonologist wanted that. I have been using distilled

water in the CPAP machine. I really don't think it is the mask that

is causing the problems although I don't like it much. I usually can

sleep through anything. As for pillows, I learned long ago that the

only pillow that would keep me from having migraines was a down

pillow. Once I bought a memory foam pillow for $100 many years ago.

Every time I tried to use if again, another migraine. I finally gave

it to my daughter and she loved it. I did find a sleep apnea forum

online and read a lot of it before I even got the machine. I will

keep trying to use it for awhile but as they say, you can't teach an

old dog new tricks. I did discover that by lowering the temperature

of the A/C I can breath better so perhaps if I try keeping the A/C on

all night it will help. (Hate those utility bills!)
