Guest guest
I've never been diagnosed with ADHD but my fiance will tell you I have it. I can not sit still! Even when I'm at work I'm constantly changing what I am doing. At home, especially when I start cleaning, I start with getting all the dishes in the sink, notice that now the table needs wiped, then my rag is dirty so I start laundry, notice that I have no hangers downstairs so I go upstairs to the bedroom, notice my shoes on the floor, put them in my closet, straighten up the closet til I find something that goes in the trash..... (BREATHE)..... Put it in the bathroom trash, notice that the floor needs mopped, put the rugs over the side of the tub and get the mop out of the downstairs closet and notice that I need to vacuum the living room.....(BREATHE).....Notice while I'm vacuuming that the water in the sink from when I was going to wash the dishes is now alllll over the kitchen floor. Needless to say, yes, I 100% believe I have ADHD and a high possibility of some other type of learning disability. In school I had a hard time and that is why I am so scared to go back to college. Anywho, it's a vicious cycle with me. I try to make a list and stick to the list doing one thing at a time. Sometimes it works, sometimes it don't! in NM --------------------------------- Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo! Mobile. Try it now.
