Neurologists Tomorrow

I sit here wide awake just dwelling on my appointment tomorrow with my Neuro. I

know he's going to be upset because I have lost NO weight but he's going to have

to get over it. It's still hard to listen to though. I had heard it for many

years until I lost 85 of my 100lb weight loss goal. Now I am right back where I

started.

My day hasn't been that good. I have been in severe pain in my hips, right leg

and just freakin pain all over. I never know what doctor to call anymore for

whatever hurts me at that time. They all want to know of any changes but who do

you call????

I couldn't help but laugh this afternoon. I was sitting in the recliner and my

pain management doctors office called. It was the Nurse, well I guess a new

nurse. On March 18th I called twice on that day and then twice the following

Monday regarding parts of my hands and feet tingling and being numb. She was

just now calling me back!!! She said are you still having these problems? I said

yes I am. What are you doing for the trouble you are having? I am praying they

go away and then realizing I just have to deal with it. The phone went silent.

She said well, I will make a note of it in your file. I think the old nurse

isn't there anymore. This wasn't the first time the old nurse had not returned

my calls and I really don't think she was putting all of my information into my

file. (you know when I called) I did tell her that I would NOT be having any

more injections of any kind and that WE were going to have to take a different

approach with my back pain

and numbness, tingling etc. She said she would let him know but I bet she

doesn't.

I also found out today that my mail order prescriptions that I sent in 2 weeks

ago was never received. So, I spent about 30 minutes today calling my doctors to

have them fax the 90 days supply to them.

Well, I need to try to lay down. I thank each of you for just letting me talk. I

know I ramble sometimes but it helps me to get it off my chest!!

I AGREE ABOUT THE PROFESSOR DAVID THING TOO!! HE'S AWESOME!!!!
