OFF topic..seafood... is it more expensive other places?

I went to eat today. I had some shrimp of course. It was on the buffet bar at

the Golden Corral. I was thinking of how available seafood is here and wondered

if it is more expensive in states that are not near the coast.

I guess I mean in relation to any other food you might buy in a restaurant.

It is not that expensive here really but we are only a couple of hours from the

coastline of the Gulf of Mexico. Just wondered????
