Guest guest Posted April 8, 2008 Report Share Posted April 8, 2008 Hey all,how's everyone doing? Welcome to all the newcomers. I have been told that Yoga/Pilates is suppose to help with Fibro. I tried it today and thought it was relaxing,my pain level shot through the roof!! Is it one of those things that u make yourself do and it gets better or is it one of those things that dont work for all? It was my first day today. I will see how I feel in the morning and that will determine if I have a round two(lol)!! Also,I have started experiencing a burning sensation in my knee,is this normal with Fibro?
