Guest guest
Thanks for your thoughts, . I like to hear about your beautiful garden. We live in a townhouse style condo, and we are a corner unit, so container gardening is about all we can do on our patio. I don't want to do the planting, but might get my daughter to do it, so I can still enjoy the pretty flowers. Yes, these med changes are all done with my psychiatrist's approval. I found out she is quitting at the clinic I go to, so I guess I'll have to switch to another doc there. Jeanne in WI I'm sorry you've had such a rough time. I'm assuming that you're doing these med switcheroos under your doc's orders? Hope it helps. As for the churches, there are some that are nurturing, some that aren't, some that suck the life out of you. I would never go to the church I went to when I was a kid, even if I lived closeby. There are too many memories, and too much baggage attached. I hope that you can find a church that nurtures you and helps give you strength. I had two really terrible days this week, and when the pain finally lifted yesterday afternoon, I found myself running around in almost a frenzy, cleaning up the kitchen, frantically tuning and playing my harp, playing the piano, playing my cello. All of the things I wanted to do this week but couldn't because of the pain. I finally had to make myself stop. Plus I only worked outside for an hour or so today; don't want to get too wiped out all at once. As for strength, there's a mama cardinal sitting on my fence by my new lilac bush. I planted three new rose bushes today, and some Lily of the Valley to deck my garden walk (hey, I was a Girl Scout; I still remember the song). So now I have a red rosebush, a pink Our Lady of Guadalupe rose bush, a yellow, white, and orangey-coral. Plus azaleas, and the vinca exploded this year with little periwinkle flowers. Plus the violets - hundreds of violets. This has been the most beautiful spring I can remember, and my garden is showing all the work I've put into it for the past two years. Welcome back, and I hope you have some good sunny days, inside and out. Z (now, if I can just get to the *back* yard!)
