Christi, is Waxahatachie, TX close to a very small town in Texas

called Carl's Corner??? I only asked because, when I first moved to

Texas, it had been on the national news as the newest and smallest

town in Texas and the truck stop there was close to Willie 's

spread where his birthday parties were so notorious.

And ! My mother-in-law would say that you don't live in THE

correct zipcode area in San !!! We lived in an apartment

complex just off one of the exits as you drove into the city from I35-

- I would often walk to an interesting area close to us that had

gardens, shops and restaurants but which was always being damaged

during big rain storms. Then we moved to an apartment off Broadway

and our zip code was in the 207 area and that pretentious woman said

we had MADE it to THE IN place to live!!!!

Just some levity to a gray, nasty day here in PA. Just glad we were

not in Illinois in the area where the tornadoes were aiming for

yesterday!

And! Oh! drat! I forgot to check and see if the item that I told my

husband I would like for my birthday looks as good as I am hoping it

will! It arrived yesterday and I was very good and did not open it,

but resisted the temptation. But he opened it and left it on the

sofa last night so I could have sneaked a peak before he got up this

am!!! But he will make me wait until after 6:30pm on my birthday as

he once asked my mother what time I was born and then said for a few

years that I could not have my presents until after that time!!!
