Yes I take the Calcium supplements with VitD. I have heard that calcium does

not absorb properly without the VitD. I take the equivalent to the brand you

take honey. I am hoping it is doing me some good. I am wondering if a calcium

and D defieciency has something to do with all my teeth breaking the last few

years. And then I get scared and think that well... if my teeth are

breaking, then my bones might be getting fragile too. Gosh what we go through

with this damn invisible non proovable disease.

love and hugs,

Debra V.

Which kind of calcium are you taking? Because of my age, I have to take the

calcium citrate and it has D in it.

Love you,
