It is not looking promising to me. I cannot afford pt and injections never worked for me in the past. So I am frustrated right now. Do I go or not? Is it gonna be a waste of time? I am lucky to afford meds. Why oh why do I have to go through all of this? It is crazy the amount of pain I have been in the past few months. So what do y'all think I should do or say? I am so confused. > My pain is the same today. Off the charts. I am taking the meds as I was directed with little relief. Some is better than none I guess. > Thank you all for your support, kindness, compassion and love. I do believe that you have beliefs that would mean that you would not do anything that would harm you. Strange, as I am typing this, one of my state senators is explaining how he has been able to fight 2 brain surgeries, possibly one previous cancer and more recently, battling Hodgkins diesase. The person who spoke to him said that the new book he has written about what he has done to battle all of the help issues he has experienced. I don't always agree with him, but do admire him for his personal battles with a number of serious physcial condtions. So, perhaps, you might want to go to your public library and see if they have the new book by Senator Arlen Spector. I think that he does amazes me -- I remember seeing him going to one of his favorite diners in Philly after one of his surgeries and that was 12 years ago. I can't say that cancer, brain tumors or brain surgery are like what we battle daily and I do have to admit that he had the means to get the treatment he did, but it sounded as if he has found something that allowed him remain positive during all of these struggles. And I am not writing this to make a political statement -- it's just that as I read your message and started writing this, I just heard the reporter talking to him about his personal physcial battles and where/what he found that helped him cope with all the phyical crisis and remain in the Senate. I don't know what his religious background, but I get the impression that was part of what helped him. >
