Guest guest
Very Very good point. I wonder the same. I guess our meds could be considered " toxins " by our bodies because they are foreign substances. Excellent question. love and hugs, Debra V. Subject: Toxins? To: Fibromyalgia_Support_Group Date: Saturday, April 19, 2008, 10:45 AM This is kind of related to my massage question from yesterday. I know that getting a massage increases circulation which helps our kidneys flush out the toxins and that's why we really need to drink tons of water. OK, but here is my conundrum - Are all the meds we take considered " toxins " by our bodies? If we are flushing out toxins, our we depriving our bodies of some of the meds we need in our systems? Anyone know? Jeanne in WI
Guest guest
^That's and interesting question and one I will have to ask the massage therapist about when I go for a massage next Thursday! She always hands me a bottle when I leave (I think they all do!) But I had never thought about washing all the meds out. And since the daughter of what I guess is my former friend has changed her number, I can't call and aske. > > This is kind of related to my massage question from yesterday.
