, I understand what you mean. I have never tried the water exercise, but

if the pool Is

85 degrees, that is probably too cool for you. It would be for me.

It was worth a try. And I am sure your friend will understand. I mean, I am

sure she does not want you to go through something uncomfortable that makes you

feel worse. (even if she did pay for it).

OMG I am dying today. I am doing water aerobics 2x a week - I think I

may have to drop the class at least until summer. The water is so cold to me (it

is not a theraputic pool) that last night I could not keep warm. The instructor

told me to get out finally 15 minutes early and I went home and just stood under

the hot shower. Well be it the fibro or the neuropathy in my legs, all night

long my legs spasmed out. I got very little sleep because I was in so much pain

with my legs. My girlfriend gave me the class as a birthday present but I am

thinking I need to drop it. The girl at the center is checking to see if there

was a malfunction in the pool (it's supposed to be heated to 85 - I cannot

believe that pool was 85 last night) and will get back to me but said there is

no problem getting my friend's money back.

My friend is going to be mad :( or at the very least disappointed.

I've been trying to ride my bike and that is okay - doesn't hurt and actually

makes me feel better. My best friend said that's because the bike is warming the

muscles whereas the pool right now is not, it's having the opposite effect.

Gads I hate this disease. And I couldn't take much because I can only take a

Tylenol #4 every 4 hours - it was not cutting it last night.

hugs

- who did make it to work today
