I'm glad the meds helped. The sleeplessness seems to undermine

everything, doesn't it?

I had one of those weeks too. I was having trouble sleeping

beginning of last week which put me behind the curve. Tues I had my

drawing class, went to Woe-Mart. Wed. I went to a little historic

town near me with my sister-in-law. We ate lunch, and I actually

walked her into the ground, which is saying something because she's

always been an excellent walker and until I had my knees replaced, I

was severely mobility impaired. Wed. was a beautiful day and I

enjoyed it thoroughly.

Thurs. the fronts moved in, the rain started, I had severe leg pain

from the walking, and my level of fibro pain went sky-high and stayed

there. I spent most of Thurs, Fri, and Sat in bed. I dragged

myself out to the store. I had trouble sleeping, even with Valium

and PS-100. I ended up on Sat. night taking a Lunesta so I could go

to my mom's yesterday. After I got back, I spent the rest of the

evening in bed. But I didn't sleep too badly last night, and despite

some back spasms this morning (spending so much time in bed will do

it to me every time), the pain may be lifting.

But what an absolutely ghastly few days.

And my yard is about 2 " deep in water in some spots. :::: sigh ::::

I'm not sure I even got to work in my yard last week. Don't

remember. At least the robins are happy; all of the worms are out.

But I have two orange roses opening and some pink ones are ready to

pop, my rhodedendron bloomed like crazy this year after only one

blossom last year, my pansies are smiling damply, and the red rose

bush has a gazillion buds. :)

The front supposedly is moving off, and the rain is supposed to stop

today for a couple of days. Maybe I'll get a rowboat and do some

work out there this week.
