Hi, I live in the States now, and was born here. Yes I am a Lil-Bit-Brit as I

lived in both

Scotland and England (not simutaneously ) during most of my childhood and early

adulthood. You smartly picked up on my use of " at University " rather an the

US-speak

" during College " . I am a little picky about words sometimes. Here we tend to use

College &

University interchangably. In the Uk these words have rather differant meanings.

I did pull myself together and get that piece of legal paperwork done, and

another that

came along a few days later. The only way I could do it through the pain,

fatigue and

general fog was to painstakingly read each document and identify what was the

important

point(s) and what was CRAP intended to derail me. HA! All in mail now.

> Hi Cassandra - I'm catching up on some older posts. You asked about cognitive

impairment. Yes, for me it is one of the worst things along with my chronic

fatigue. I have

pain, but unless it's a bad flare I can usually get through my day in spite of

it.

made me

think you might be British. Take care.

came in the

mail end of last week which require our written response and return to the State

within 10

days. I'm hoping its " business days " not " calendar " days or we may already be up

" sheets

help Honey

with the reading for her classes either.

years my

faculties seem dulled. I still feel smart and can talk a good talk but I am not

up to date on

recent publications and find I don't recall how to do some academic tasks. Or

know what

to do but feel imobilized.
