Guest guest
OK , I'm in the same boat with the night meds and not sleeping. I think we need an online poker game or something. It's 39 degrees out; I have 2 windows in my room wide open. Everytime my kids walk into the room they exclaim its freezing. Me, I feel nothing. Not hot, not cold. What the heck is up with that? I handwrote my synopsis document tonight so I've been productive. Now I just have to finish writing it on the computer and then attach all the backup documents. That I'm saving for more wakeful hours. My main frustration at the moment is an irritating sore throat. That and the fact that I am wierdly wide awake despite all my night meds. Don't you have any books? Of course, depending on the brain fog at this hour sometimes its hard to read and retain anything. Oh well, I'm not much help other than I'm suffering the same issues tonight. Example: 1. A hot water heater,...why would you want to heat hot water? 2. Bottled water,...the most abundant substance on the planet. And we have to pay how much for a bottle? 3. You can't cross a bridge before you come to it,...it doesn't matter how fast you are going, you still can't get across before you come to it. And stuff like this goes on of it's own accord until something actually useful gets my attention. __________________________________________________

I have 5 full sized bookcases full of books, and having FM it's easy to loose your place while reading. It takes a couple of seconds of page scanning to find out where exactly it was you were supposed to continue reading to the next paragraph, the thrill of finding out " who did it " is lost when you can't make it to the punch line, and end up lost somewhere in the middle of the page. And if my day/night couldn't get any better, me and the Ms have to go in few hours and file our taxes -last years- and -this years- with H & R Crock. Guest guest
LMAO . That is funny. Not the part about the lack of sleep and the misery, but the thoughts are funny. Hope you get to feeling better. But hey, I am sure that great inventions come out of that kind of thought sometimes. hugs, Debra V. Guest guest
I hear ya, . I LOVE reading, but the old fog makes it hard to focus. I like mystery novels. It's hard to figure out " who done it " when you can't remember what " it was done " . Speaking of taxes, I had to get an extension this year for both mine and my step-dads. I Just can't seem to get my rear-in-gear and get it all sorted out. We do the long form and I have an accountant, but I still need to get the paperwork in order. I NEVER used to get behind like this. I'm a math + physics + computer geek = ANAL Take care. J in East Northcentral Minnesota http://sisypheanranch.blogspot.com/ 'Life isn't about how to survive the storm, but how to dance in the rain.'
