B12 shots

I had my first ever B12 shot when I went to the doctor on Tuesday. On

Wednesday, I did not take any stimulant type med as had to wait for insurance

approval, but even so, I felt a bit like I had taken some. I had energy that

kept me going all morning at least. I was able to take a nap early afternoon

which I wanted to do before my massage. By Thursday, I couldn't feel any

difference anymore. Is this typical for others who get B12 shots? I have to

decide if I want to continue them monthly or not.

I have not been on much since last week so I apologize for taking so long to

answer. I have been going off of diet coke and had some withdrawls dinking

mainly water now. I am down to dinking a diet coke a day. I did not even

finish that one today.
