Guest guest
Thanks Bobbie. I don't have insurance. No prescription plan or anything. But my income is just a little over the income limit for free Lyrica. About maybe $1500 a year. hugs, Debra V. The pharmaceutical companies have what they call " Patient Assistance Programs " which provide the drugs based on need. If approved, the drugs are either sent to your physician in usually a three-month supply or the company issues a prescription card to be presented at any pharmacy when filling your prescription. The approvals are generally for one year and can be renewed as long as needed. Even if you have insurance, you could be approved to participate in the program. One couple I know needed meds for breathing treatments, yet their Social Security Rx plan did not cover it. Their meds cost $800 per month! They were approved immediately and began receiving the much needed meds. Hope this helps. Bobbie [] > I just hope there is some way I can continue the med due to cost.
