Guest guest
Marg, I've seen research that says it can relieve a lot of fibro's symtoms. A very few even completely. Nutra Sweet, Aspartame are neurotoxins. Stevia and Splenda are supposed to be ok, and taste the best, but there is a controversy over the two. I think it's Stevia, but one of them can make you infertile. Xylitol is ok, but does not taste very good. But it can help with cavaties, TMJ, migraines, allergies and asthma. I just started my twins on a nasal spray with it, so time will tell. You are either supposed to use around 2 to 4 grams in baking or chewing gum....from the health food store not the grocery store because it has added chemicals that can interfere or conteract it. I really want my kids off steriods for asthma, so I'll try anything. Hansen's All Natural soda is made with Splena, but it's fiiled with all sorts of other harmful chemicals, so what's the point? I LOVE, LOVE my diet sodas and it has been hard to give them up, but they are very dangerous. Plus, my kids are always stealing drinks of mine (I don't let them have any soda), so I don't want them in my house at all. I drink green tea and water now...sigh...not exciting, but neither are neurotoxins. ****Xylitol is fatal in pets***** Judy, what happened to you??? We're dieing to here about your results with going off artifical sweetners. Jill Re: artifical sweetners...for judy...or anyone else does cutting them out of the diet help anyone else? or is like everything else, may help some, not others? thanks, marg > > hey judy, > did you notice a pretty big improvement since giving them up? > diet coke and the caffeine aren't much help, but i don't have much else > that helps at this point. > thanks, > marg >
