Hubby and I are going to wash windows outside today. The sun is out it's going to be 58 and it smells like SPRING!!! Finally. So off I go, hope I'm alive by tonight!!!! Everyone have a good day. Love and Hugs, /Mi
Guest guest
, I am so glad your husband is treating you better. Maybe he got struck by lightening???? LOL. But really, I am glad and hope it lasts. Maybe, just maybe he finally figured out that you are really sick and not making it all up. Maybe he figured out that it is as bad as you told him it is. I know what you mean about the Texas spring. We have beautiful weather here too. Everything is green and yes.. my favorite part is the widflowers in bloom. Take care, love, Debra V. herbaladysfriends@...> wrote: How are my favorite peeps today? I hope you are doing well and not hurting too much. I am a tiny bit better today after a much needed rest. Slept 8 hrs without waking. Unusual, but good news. It is a beautiful sunny spring day here In TX. flowers abloom, birds a chirping. My favorite being the mockingbird. My least favorite are the cackling grackles. they are so annoying. thought since the pear tree is gone, they would not return. Wrong. they are in the live oak now. Couple nests is better than the 12 we had in the pear tree last year. Why can't they nest in the scrub trees in the lot behind the house? Oh well wishful thinking. Cannot believe the change in hubby. Past few days he has been the hubby I used to know. Very supportive and kind. Must be the power of prayer. I am not complaining. Well I have some cleaning to do today, so our relatives don't think we are slobs. Melaine is gonna do the heavy stuff and I will pace myself. Just not up for a visit, but what can ya do? Mel was fighting with her bf yesterday. She punched him in the arm for saying a rude comment to her friend. He was not pleased. I was not pleased. We had a long talk about this. Hitting is not ok, unless you are defending yourself. Hope they can work it out. Mom has to back off and let her handle it. Hard to do, but she is almost 18 in september. well hope y'all enjoy the weekend and be good to yourselves. I will check in periodically. Guest guest
Days like today I seriously think about asking about Lyrica. I think I should pay more attention to posts about it. I've been in a flare most of the week. My sleep schedule got screwed up royally, I had some bad allergic reactions, and we've had cold and warm fronts moving through all week. The last day I felt half decent was Tuesday. Wed. I spent in bed. Thurs I did some stuff but mostly just moped around in pain. Fri I dragged myself around running errands, then gave up at about 4 pm and just went to bed. Today, more pain and fatigue. I'm going to *try* to go to bed now. I hope I feel better tomorrow. This level of pain is really, really getting old and when this happens I have times when I'm afraid it'll never lift and I'll never feel good again. Plus I only got to work in my yard about 2 hours the whole week. OTOH I have a new kitty, my white crocuses opened and are blooming next to the orange ones, I have two hyacinths coming up, and the daffodils are smiling. Guest guest
HI , I would consider the Lyrica. At least talk to your doctor about it. I " ve only been on it for a week, but I swear it is helping already. I was able to work outside yesterday for a long time, true, I " m hurting today, but that's to be expected after sitting around all winter. I hope your flare ends soon.
